Overview
Pure Frequency ("we," "this site") is an independent health and wellness publication. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form submissions. If you write to us through the contact page, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing email.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical details (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie may be set when you use the contact form, solely to protect the form against abuse (CSRF protection). It expires when you close your browser.
Third-party services
Email delivery. Contact form messages are delivered through Postmark, a transactional email provider, which processes the message content and recipient address in order to deliver the email.
Referral and affiliate links. Some articles contain links to external products and services. If you follow one, the destination site may collect information under its own privacy policy, and we may receive a commission on qualifying purchases. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party site you visit.
Embedded resources. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and styling utilities from a CDN; those providers may see standard request data (such as your IP address) when the files load.
How we use information
We use contact form information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up conversation, after which it may be deleted.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent us by emailing randy.adams@runbox.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
